I’m about halfway through day two of my detox. Other than a mild headache, all is well.
I do feel hungry during the times when I should be eating, (dinner time, etc) but a glass of the lemon concoction seems to do the trick. I’m up to about 2/3 tsp of cayenne pepper, which seems to be a lot, but whatever. I wonder if, because it’s organic, it’s not as hot as regular cayenne would be. Maybe the irradiation of the regular stuff makes it more potent. Hmm.
